Dear Parents,
Hearty welcome to St. Vincent Pallotti Kindergarten (Nursery). Please note:
1) Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2) Fee payment is to be made in Cash/ Cheque (‘A/c Payee Cheques’), in favour of St. Vincent Pallotti Pre School Nashik for Admission Fees, Term Fees and Tuition Fees. In case cheque bounces, a fine of ₹ 1000/- will be charged with due fees in cash.
3) ADMISSION FEE ₹ 18,000/- is charged at the time of admission once for entire schooling. It’s a one-time payment and there will be no subsequent admission fees in the coming years.
4) CAUTION DEPOSIT ₹ 2000/- paid on the admission day as caution deposit, which will be refunded at the time of his or her education in school.
5) TERM FEE ₹ 4000/- is charged annually. It is paid in two terms, ₹ 2000/- is to be paid before 30th June 2023 for the first term and ₹ 2000/- before 31st December 2023 for the second term.
6) TUITION FEES per month is ₹ 1750/-. It must be paid on or before 15th of every month as mentioned in the fee card. There would be ₹ 500/- concession on one-time payment of tuition fees if paid before 30th June 2023. Tuition fee can be paid (Yearly: June – ₹ 21000/-), (Termly: June – ₹ 12500/-, Dec – ₹ 12500/-), (Quarterly: June – ₹ 7250/-, Sept – ₹ 5250/-, Dec – ₹ 7250/-, March – ₹ 5250/-) and monthly.
7) The fees must be deposited at the school office between 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Mon. to Fri.) & Sat. 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Online fee payment facility is available.
8) A fine of ₹ 30 per month will be charged for the late payment, if paid after 15th of every month. However, a student who fails to pay the fees for three consecutive months is struck off from the rolls.
9) There will be an increase of 15% in the tuition fee once in every two years.
10) Classes for Academic year 2023-24 will start from 21/06/2023 for NURSERY
11) Bus Facility : The School does not provide any transport services, however it promotes transport facilities on certain routes through Bus/Van Contractors whose details are available in the school office.
